Morry Silverman

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pa.  Morry relocated  to Wellington in 2004. He has always belonged to Conservative Synagogues throughout his adult life. All three of his adult children attended Solomon Schechter Day School in Cleveland, Ohio.  He holds a BS degree in Pharmacy where he worked as a pharmacist for 10 years after graduating and then moved into the real estate sector of retail pharmacy working as a Director of Real Estate for CVS Pharmacy.

After moving to Wellington and “interviewing” a number of Shuls, he decided that a “small start up” synagogue appealed to him and his wife, Sallee. He has had many different roles in TBJ as a board member, co-president, and president.
